Powder
The powder is created by blending the various components (binders, resins, pigments, fillers and additives).
Depending on the use of the objects and the characteristic of the coating, there are different powders available. Epoxy, Polyester, Polyurethane, and Acrylic powders are the most common types in use. Structured, Metallic, Enamel and Thin Film powders for special requirements are also being used. The powders do not “crosslink” when cured, but simply melt and flow over the surface of an item.
We use the powder made by such companies as “Oxyplast”, “Du Pont”, “Tiger”, “Teknos”, “IGP”, “Inver”.
